This 200m is a lot.....if u use wisely. ..can develop the whole northern rakhine state....instead of give free to poor....shall use for long term plan like infrastructure.....sch0ol...rehabiliation programs. ....create jobs. ....we need substainable developments n businesses there like agriculture lifestock breeding small manufacturing industries like hala food production business so as locals there can have better life....special program for women shall introduce so as to promote women lifestyle and values..... need to create environment and job apportunities for women. . these is 3 reasons behind this conflict....1.Too much babies banglis r making and reach to unsubstainable level 2. majority of banglis r too poor not educated 3. they dont learn local languages n culture so rakhines pitted n treat them as foreigners..... all these points lead to poverty n treatment on women...As long as we can create job apportunuties to have substainable income and treat women equally in education & workplace....problem will be solved.
